What is Growing Forward?

We all are and everything is always in transition. So what is Growing Forward? My name is Jennifer, and I am a Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) who specializes in one-on-one transitional coaching, group coaching workshops and corporate coaching.

Through one-on-one transitional coaching, I assist my clients to discover what they want by creating a clear vision. Together we discover through weekly or bi-weekly conversations how to remove or quiet down self doubts and inner blocks, as well as what we can do with the 2% of outer blocks we face. I also have clients they want it all now, so I also offer to fast track these result by creating different workshops. Spending time in groups can be scary, but if you are willing to step out of your comfort zone, then you can experience the value and gifts of what others see in you. I have never met anyone yet that wouldn’t benefit from a safe environment to explore themselves with the support of a group, guided by a professional coach.
